One of the biggest English competitions in Jabodetabek was held in Sekolah Bogor Raya (SBR) on Saturday, 3 March 2018. When the re-registration table opened, there was a huge of crowd. The 700 participants, from 50 different schools, starting from kindergarten level to grade 9, enthusiastically participated this SBR’s annual event.

The competition was divided into pre-qualification rounds and final round. From the writing pre-qualification round, participants were eliminated and the best 6 from each level were chosen. During the final round, the 6 finalists competed on the stage. All of the questions and answers were presented orally. It was very intense on this decisive round. It was clearly seen that not only the finalists got nervous, but also the parents. Because, they also witnessed the tense moments in the Douglas Stoltz Auditorium. After the tight match, three finalist came up as the winners for each level. All of the winners couldn’t hide their cheerful expressions while holding the trophies and prizes.
